One estate of four houses, for up to 22 guests
Bellosguardo is a single estate made up of four houses — two apartments in the central villa and two more houses — taken together as one property. Each group enjoys its own private space, while the whole estate is yours to share: a typical Tuscan country retreat surrounded by greenery, sleeping up to 22 guests, with a shared swimming pool, a large communal kitchen and a jacuzzi.

One of four houses
Calla
The apartment is located on the first floor of the main house, reached by a staircase and an independent entrance on the left side of the house. You can also go up by another staircase connected directly to a bedroom.
It consists of a bright kitchen and dining room with dining table, stove, oven and fridge/freezer; one double bedroom; one bedroom with three single beds (with air conditioning, which becomes double on request); and two double bedrooms with single beds. There are three bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet, plus a relaxation area with television and sofas.
Recently renovated, Calla keeps its brick floors and ceilings with wooden beams, while the sleeping area has a parquet floor. It is ideal for enjoying a relaxing time in the nature of the Lucca hills.

Gelsomino
The house is new and freshly restored. It consists of a kitchen and dining room, a twin bedroom with a double bed, and a double bedroom with direct access to the outside. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa bed for one person.
In front there is a table with chairs and an umbrella, to enjoy the view with a nice plate of pasta before anything else.
Guests of Gelsomino also enjoy the estate's large shared kitchen and a generous jacuzzi.

Narciso
The apartment Narciso is located on the ground floor of the main house. It consists of a kitchen and dining room with dining table, a sofa bed for two people, television, stove, oven and fridge/freezer.
A hallway divides the sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom with twin beds and one bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is tastefully furnished in a rustic style, with tiled floors and walls painted in soft pastel colours.

Margherita
Cottage Margherita is a lovely old stone farmhouse set near the pool and close to the main building. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with sofas and armchairs, a dining table, a fireplace and a kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with single beds that become double if needed; one also has a sofa bed for one person. There is one large bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and bidet.
The house has a veranda with table and chairs, and a few steps lead down to a private garden of 300 square metres. Bright and welcoming, it is decorated in rustic style with terracotta floors, wooden-beamed ceilings and pastel walls, with a lovely view of the surrounding hills.
